Happy Halloween!!

We had such a fun Halloween this year! Spencer's brother, Clark, and his wife, Becky were with us to celebrate the fun holiday-we had yummy chicken noodle soup for dinner, passed out candy to all the trick-or-treaters, and watched "The 'Burbs" before we went to bed. It was a great day!

We had a lot more trick-or-treaters than we had last year, which made it lots of fun- especially since I knew most of the kids from our Primary! Maylee loved when the trick-or-treaters came to the door- she would run over to see all the kids in their costumes. While we waited for dinner to be ready, Spencer took Maylee to trick-or-treat to our neighbor's house. Maylee was a little nervous at first, but when he put a piece of candy in her little cauldron, she looked up with a big smile and came running home to show me she had gotten her own candy! She loved the idea of people giving her candy! And, she loved being a little dragon! She was darling, especially when her little tail wagged when she walked! In fact, she has been wearing her costume all week, getting ready for the big day of Halloween!




Then, today Spence and I got to dress up too when we went to my family's Halloween party. We had fun dressing up as a knight, a medieval princess, and a cute little dragon. Maylee loved seeing all of my family dressed up and had a great time playing.


We love Halloween!
